You have an idea. Maybe even several. But how do you know where to begin? During “From Idea to Direction”, we work practically on the first foundations of your business. We explore:

• what you genuinely want to build;
• who you want to build it for;
• which problem or need sits at the heart of your idea;
• which ideas deserve priority;
• what you deliberately will not do yet;
• which first steps are needed to move forward.

No business lecture packed with theory. No motivational event. Instead, we think together, explore, make choices and then turn those choices into action.

For people who:

• are considering starting a business;
• have an idea but do not know how to begin;
• have several ideas and are looking for direction;
• have recently started;
• want more structure in their first steps as an entrepreneur.

After the workshop, you will have greater clarity about your idea, your direction, your priorities and the steps you can take next.

Knowledge and experience can take you far. But how you communicate, connect, and collaborate often determines how much you actually achieve with them—in your work, entrepreneurship, and relationships.

The 3C’s Mastermind® is a seven-week development program focused on Communication, Connection, and Collaboration. In a small group, you’ll work hands-on to develop self-awareness, communication skills, relationships, and collaboration—through reflection, discussions, exercises, and immediate application in your own practice. For professionals and entrepreneurs who not only want to learn more but also want to act more consciously and effectively. The program is offered in the Netherlands in collaboration with Destiny Connect Foundation and Werkgeluk & Groeikracht.
