Where does your next step begin?
Sometimes you know exactly where you want to go. But often, development begins with questions.
- What actually suits me?
- What am I good at?
- Why does something work for other people but not for me?
- What gives me energy?
- Which direction do I want to take?
- How do I turn an idea into something concrete?
Your Next Step Up is not here to decide which path you should follow. It is here to help you understand yourself more clearly, make more conscious choices and actually take steps forward.
“You do not always need to work harder to move forward. Sometimes you first need to understand what works for you, where you want to go and what your next step really is.”
For aspiring and established entrepreneurs
A good idea is a start. But building a business takes more. Making choices. Staying focused. Creating structure. Taking action. Learning. Adjusting.
Your Next Step Up helps aspiring and established entrepreneurs turn loose ideas into direction, structure and real progress. Practical where possible. Challenging where needed. Always focused on identifying the next step that truly matters.
How My Mind Works
Not everyone processes information in the same way. Giftedness, ADHD, autism and other forms of neurodiversity can influence how someone thinks, learns, feels, works and makes choices. By understanding this more clearly, you can better explore which environment, way of learning, type of work or direction of development suits you.
This idea also led to the book “How My Mind Works”. This part of Your Next Step Up will continue to be developed over the coming period. Not as a diagnosis. As a way to understand yourself better.

Short introduction to Paul
I have been an entrepreneur for more than twenty years, working in environments where people need to make choices, solve problems and build something.
My strength lies in seeing connections, asking questions, reducing complexity and making the next step visible.
That experience, combined with my curiosity about how people think, learn and work, comes together in Your Next Step Up.

What is your next step?
Maybe you want to start a business. Maybe you have already started and are looking for more direction. Or perhaps you first want to better understand what truly suits you.
You do not need to have everything figured out. You just need somewhere to begin.
